Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Product Presentation and Demonstration:
  • Present BirdEye's retail solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our technology can address their unique challenges and improve business outcomes.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Deliver timely updates on progress toward targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Market Intelligence:
