Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Centro Mall Lebanon in Beirut. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, and training. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in sales management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to provide training and guidance to team members
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is preferred
