Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. They will also provide excellent customer service and support, offering training and guidance on our products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our range of digital marketing services.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Strong training and presentation skills
• Answer customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our services and addressing any concerns.
• Ability to meet sales target monthly with a specific conversion rate
• Sales management experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with digital marketing and AI-driven tools
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
