**Job Description:**
Operations:
- Prospecting clients and pitching new data.
- Perform outdoor meetings with the potential clients.
- Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
- Perform daily meetings with the potential clients.
- Promote new products and any special deals
- Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Record orders and sending details to the direct superior.
- Update the records of calls outcomes and sales throughout our database.
- Support the Department of Sales in matters relating to the Sales function within the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as knowledge of the F&B industry.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
- Administer the sales sheets and reports required.
Customer satisfaction:
- Retain the current and potential customers and ensures the customers satisfaction.
- Reduce the complaints volume by providing solutions.
- Proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the company by effectively promoting and selling its products to a diverse client base.
- Build rapport with key corporate accounts.
- Follow-up on sales inquiries via phone or meeting in person with the prospected clients.
