Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the
promotion of our comprehensive range of shipping and freight forwarding services. In this role,
you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and strengthening our relationships with
existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients through
various channels such as calls, client visits, presentations, and industry events. You will act as
the face of our company, displaying our services to both new and existing clients, ensuring their
business needs are met with tailored solutions. Your role will involve understanding the unique
requirements of each client and providing exceptional customer service to foster long-term
partnerships.
Responsibilities
Promote our full range of services to clients through various channels, including calls,
client visits, presentations, and participation in industry events. Whether that be for
shipping agencies or our freight forwarding division.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide
exceptional customer service, understand their business needs, and offer tailored
solutions to meet their shipping requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments,
including preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, arranging transportation, and
facilitating customs clearance processes.
Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with shipping lines and other partners to obtain competitive rates and pricing
for customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and customer
preferences
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

1-3 years of experience, preferably in the shipping industry.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
and deliver results. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and communication tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Arabic
