Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Specialist at Emerald Lighting Co. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including customer service, sales training, and sales management. This is a hybrid role, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Previous sales experience
• Experience in sales training and management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
