Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist with FalconEye Marketing Agency. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, communication with clients, bringing potential clients tot the company, conducting sales activities, closing deals with the clients, and the ability to work under pressure. The role is located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. IMPORTANT: THIS JOB AT THE BEGINNING WILL BE COMMISSION BASED ONLY DURING A TRIAL PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS IN WHICH IF THE CANDIDATE ACHIEVES THE SALES TARGET WITHIN THE TRAIL PERIOD HE/SHE WILL GET A FULL TIME CONTRACT WITH A BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to deliver effective training and presentations
• Experience in sales management is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
