We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Agent to join our sales team. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and recommend suitable products.- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Close sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a tidy and attractive showroom appearance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home dcor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
