Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prospect and qualify leads
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for B2B and B2C opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand and address customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
- Conduct market research for growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team
- Collaborate with other departments for customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Proven experience with B2B and B2C sales techniques.
- Experience in Gulf countries is a Plus.
