We operate as a Financial Gym, providing personalized coaching and engaging courses designed to strengthen financial well-being. As we expand our offerings, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Course Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for B2B and B2C opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand and address customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
  • Conduct market research for growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing team
  • Collaborate with other departments for customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Proven experience with B2B and B2C sales techniques.
  • Experience in Gulf countries is a Plus.
