We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team and lead our long-term rental division.

*Job Summary:*
The Sales Specialist for Long-Term Rentals will be responsible for managing and driving the sales process for our long-term rental units. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with potential tenants, understanding their needs, and providing tailored rental solutions. T
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation:*
- Proactively identify and generate leads for long-term rentals through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential tenants.
- *Client Engagement:*
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- *Sales Process Management:*
- Handle inquiries, negotiate lease terms, and close rental agreements.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- *Market Analysis:*
- Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings in the Maadi area.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our rental offerings and pricing strategies.
- *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and meet the company's quality standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- *Reporting:*
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
- Use CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Maadi and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
