Job Responsibilities:

Marketing and Sales:

Providing customized tourism offers to our customers based on their needs and budget.

Make direct contacts with potential customers and convince them to book their flights with us.

Participation in tourist exhibitions and conferences to promote the company's services.

Achieve specific monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Service:

Provide full support to customers before and after their trips.

Respond to customer inquiries and solve any problems they may encounter.

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty to the company.

Booking Management:

Booking flight tickets, hotels and tourist activities.

Ensure that all details related to the reservation are complete before the customer leaves.

Contribution to product development:

Provide suggestions to improve current tourist offers and develop new offers.

Follow the latest developments in the field of tourism and travel.

Required conditions:

Certificates: University degree in tourism or business administration or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in the field of sales, preferably in the tourism sector.

Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English, and proficiency in another foreign language is an additional advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for excellent customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work individually and collectively.

Computer skills and tourist booking programs.
