Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our professional education courses, helping learners advance their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential learners to introduce our vocational training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present and explain course offerings, addressing client needs and queries effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education or services industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the adult education sector is an advantage.
