Job Description:

As an Software Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our software products to both new and existing clients. Your expertise will help clients understand how our solutions can solve their technical challenges and improve their operational efficiency.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision makers.
  • Identify and target potential clients and generate sales opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments and engaging demonstrations.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and create reports on sales status.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure clients are aware of changes and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
