About Us:

RYMON POLYTECH GmbH is a German based manufacturer of Polyethylene Wax, Oxidized PE WAX and family of Plastic Lubricants as global supplier of high-quality plastic additives and raw materials, serving a diverse range of industries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced and driven Sales Specialists from around the world to join our team on a commission-based contract.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Specialists with a strong background in the plastic additives and raw materials industry. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales, have a deep understanding of the global market, and are looking to work remotely with the flexibility to set their own hours. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and build long-term relationships with clients in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the plastic additives and raw materials market.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our global client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance against targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in the plastic additives or raw materials industry, with a strong network of contacts.

- Deep understanding of the global plastics market, including key players, trends, and challenges.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own time and workload.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation and commission:

This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential based on your sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn, with no cap on commissions.

Commission amount: 2% of each deal amount payable maximum in 30 days after closing each deal.
