Job Summary: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales of our DMS and WMS solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored SaaS solutions for warehouse and delivery management. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong sales background in SaaS, specifically within logistics, warehouse, or delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the warehouse and delivery management sectors.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and effectively position our SaaS solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Solution Selling:
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our DMS and WMS solutions.
- Customize offerings to align with client requirements, ensuring a strong product-market fit.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the warehouse and delivery management space.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, focusing on SaaS products in the warehouse, logistics, or delivery management sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of DMS and WMS solutions; proficiency with CRM tools.
- Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
