Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist (textile and fiber polyester) at Giza Trade Co. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and training customers on our products. The Sales Specialist will also play a key role in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to provide product training and support to customers
• Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the textile and fiber industry
• Knowledge of polyester Staple Fiber and PET Flakes
• Fluent in multiple languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
