Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Urban Scapes Technical Services in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service specifically for Construction and Building Materials. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development PERTAINING TO SALES OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., technical services, construction, maintenance) is preferred
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
• Database of potential buyers and suppliers.
