Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of Branch Sales Department to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international / regional best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Prepare reports of the Branch Sales department timely and accurately to meet company, department and requirements, policies and standards, to improve sales quality, increase customer satisfaction and CVP score.

Develop and maintain high standards of customer service in order to maximize the sale

Enhancing the reputation of the Company by building new and developing existing customer relationships and striving to exceed customer expectations.

Ensure accurate identification of customers needs.

Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively.

Ensures monthly / quarterly sales targets are achieved in accordance with the set budget.

Provide accurate & timely information on Competitor Analysis (especially promotional offers), in order to achieve and maintain competitive advantage.

Proactively works with Sales Manager, to develop action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed sales target.

Revise the validity of the vehicle price tag, energy efficiency label, and vehicle technical information to ensure it matched with the displayed vehicle.

Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the branch activities is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner, and ensure they are following all sales department policies and standards.

Manage and motivate the team, address performance and development issues as required and create an environment within which the staff can develop, and ensure that all up-to-date product information is available with the team all the time.

Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates/team members and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Oversee and maintain the hygiene and neatness of the warehouse to ensure professional and healthy environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

4 - 6 years relevant experience in relevant field including at least 2 years in similar capacity.

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field.
