Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Main Responsibility:

- Supervise sales operations of the sales team.

- Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.

- Follow and collect the payments from the credit customers.

- Implement strategies to sell products or services.

- Build a new customer base to maximize sales.

- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.

- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.

- Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.

- Supervise field marketing and sales force.

- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.

- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Two (2) years of previous experience as a Sales Supervisor. FMCG Industry
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Good computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, and scheduling with MS Excel or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [English]
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Previous experience in Food Manufacturing.
