About The Role
Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing a team of medical representatives with the goal of achieving sales objectives, driving market penetration, and accelerating growth with optimized resources. In parallel, developing key customer relationships, executing operational business plans, and discovering new opportunities and contact strategies to ensure clearly defined partnerships with mutually aligned deliverables and best market execution leading to accelerating the growth of business in assigned regions. The role is accountable for the achievement of the agreed sales projection within the assigned area/territory. To lead a team of field force sales professionals to achieve their sales targets. To ensure a long-term partnership with customers and key opinion leaders. Follow up the implementation of sales strategies to ensure profitable achievement and sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Plans and executes the sales activities necessary to achieve the agreed sales objectives of the assigned products within his area/territory of responsibility.
- Build, develop, and motivate a team of field representatives and cultivate a winning team attitude.
- Effectively coaching, developing, motivating, and monitoring team performance including regular and timely feedback through advanced coaching techniques.
- Proactively identifying problems/opportunities and solutions for addressing performance issues in order to maximize representatives full potential.
- Ensuring proper execution of performance management process & accurate evaluation of team's performance and capabilities.
- Screening and recruiting top talent for the assigned territory. Creating an environment of learning and growth for long-term success, development, and retention of talent.
- Provide in-field coaching, monitor performance, and lead the individual development plans for his team members.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team by maintaining a system of visit plans, reports, and business communications.
- Implement a customer-driven strategy by maintaining and developing a positive long-term relationship with customers and key opinion leaders.
- Participate in setting ambitious and realistic sales forecasts and develop specific plans, tactics, and resources needed to ensure the accomplishment of such forecasts.
- Continuously monitor the progress of the sales and interfere when needed to adjust deviated outcomes.
- Closely monitor the market's dynamics and competitors activities to deliver timely feedback and recommend initiative counteracts.
- Work to develop his assigned area/territory and strive to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, along with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the KSA market, demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and factors that influence the business.
- Over 3 years of experience in people management, with strong leadership and teamwork abilities, as well as the capacity to align various stakeholders.
- Results-driven and achievement-oriented, with a proven track record of excellent sales performance and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio and complex business scenarios.
- Customer-focused, with strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English.
- Skilled in analyzing sales data and call reports to draw relevant conclusions.
- Saudi National is preferred.
