Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for

• Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Display and market Company Properties to possible buyers

• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Owns a car is a must.
