As a Sales Supervisor in the Real Estate sector, you will play a critical role in managing and guiding the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve company objectives. Your strong leadership skills and sales expertise will ensure the team remains motivated and targets are met consistently. You will also be involved in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the sales team to drive sales and meet targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members
- Assist with client relationship management and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities and materials
- Organize regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and challenges
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Prepare reports on team performance and market insights for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in the real estate market
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and maximizing sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and capability to handle challenges efficiently
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Car is preferable
- Experience in Real Estate or brokerage is a plus
