Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Administrator at Diamond Lights General Trading L.L.C located in Al quoz , Dubai. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including customer service, communication, order processing, sales support, and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in Autocad and MS Office
• Proficient in administrative assistance tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of LED products and solutions is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
