Responsibilities: Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations
Check data accuracy in cost estimation.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Laison with the business development team and update proposals based on client updated requirements.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Follow up call on quotes and proposals to customers.
Prepare bill of quantities.
Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
Preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop monthly sales reports.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Liaise with design, documentation and project dept to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or engineering field is preferred.
Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
Experience with sales industry software like ERP, CRM systems, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
Proficiency in excel ,power point and outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
