Beond, a leading leisure airline, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team by leveraging data and technology solutions to drive sales performance and optimize revenue. You will develop and maintain BI dashboards, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards using data visualization tools
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create and deliver regular reports and presentations on sales performance
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of sales analytics and BI
- Provide training and support to sales team members on the effective use of dashboards and GDS systems
Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales support role, preferably in the aviation or travel industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in GDS systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
