Job Purpose:
Assists customers by dealing with complex issues and concerns, resolving them using their technical expertise. Develops and delivers sales proposals, answer inquiries, provides price quotes and follow up for the deal.
Responsibilities:
- Reads and studies customer drawings and other project documents to understand the client's requirement effectively and contact with customer for any clarification till final clearance.
- Generates the design & estimation to prepare the offer along with proposal drawings and submits to clients on time.
- Generates Material take off.
- Prepares Cost & price of the projects.
- Coordinates internally with Engineering and other departments & externally with customers and consultants.
- Prepares the necessary submission of documentation and attends meetings with customers.
- Follows up with customers till securing the orders.
- Attends & manages the handover meeting prepare checklist for entering jobs and conducts project process and takes necessary action.
- Monitors and makes record log for documents transmittal between sales office and head office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience as a sales support engineer.
- Very good in design software of (MBS, STAAD, SAP & other).
- Very good in MS Office / MS Projects / AutoCAD.
- Understanding of Customer drawings
- Conversational level of English Language.
- Time Management.
- Attention to Details.
