Degree in Mechanical Engineering.- MUST Have at least 8 to 10 years relevant experience.
Must have thorough knowledge on designing, sizing & selection of pumps for construction projects (commercial ,residential buildings, villas) and for various industries and applications. Proven experience in sizing of mechanical, pipng, plumbing and associated accessories in general is a must. Experience in ACAD is required. Must have experience in design, estimation and fabrication of pump sets. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts to clients. Attend design and technical meetings with clients, consultants and contractors. Must have experience in conducting technical meetings with consultants to get products specified for the vendors list.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to lead a team of sales support engineers (atleast 4 to 5)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns.- Valid UAE driver's license with own car is a must.
Must be well conversant in English (written and spoken) Arabic would be an advantage
