About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to work closely with the Sales Team and ensure CRM data accuracy. The ideal candidate will suppot the sales team through timely updates and inquiries, and generating reports for different stakeholders.

Your main duties will include:

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry by the sales team into the CRM.
  • Update the CRM with sales activities, tasks, and updates.
  • Generate reports upon request to track sales team performance and compliance.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain live account sheets and support in the segmentation/allocation of accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.
  • Monitor CRM data integrity and completeness.
  • Collect recurrent opportunities/leads feedback from the Sales Team and update the system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates can be accepted
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in CRM management or data coordination is a plus.
