Sales Support Specialist

Hero MEA is Swiss origin, based in Egypt, we are currently serving 40+ countries in the Middle East & Africa area and representing the regional export hub, with the largest jam manufacturing factory in the region. We have 1200+ highly qualified employees who built a solid foundation for the company. From our Head Office in Cairo, we serve all the Middle East and African markets wherein our export market represents 35% of our company's turnover.

The company produces a wide range of categories like Jams, Syrups, Juices, Honey and Peanut Butter and we also source Baby food and Baby milk from our group factories in Turkey & Europe.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and reporting. Proficiency in SAP is a must, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Regional Sales team

- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

- Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings and management

- Maintain customer records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and reporting

- Proficiency in SAP

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
