Job Description
Leading the team of customer service and developing self and others
Receiving customers calls, faxes and E-mails then supporting if possible from sales support side, if requesting technical support or pricing forward them to the concerned engineer
Creating Customers & Vendors on S4 Hana and Increasing Customer Satisfaction by finishing his registration with company within 24 hours
Issuing quotations according to the guidelines and sending to the Customer within 24 hours from receiving the request.
Reviewing the request received from the engineer comparing it by our price list & make sure if it will need SPF or not & proceeding in approval matrix
Checking Quotations for every PO we receive.
Issuing Complaints & Investigating NCM's & Close it and reporting on all complaints with status monthly
Replying customers requests by formal letters after taking the needed approvals
Special price form Report: Issuing report for each sector on quarter bases
Trial approval report: Issuing report for all the trials done on semi-annual basis and handling Admixtures Equipment & its quarterly report
Receiving the appropriate forms reviewing them & make sure all the needed data is filled and signing them from the Manager then Passing them to the finance and follow up till the end of the process
Qualifications
7-10 years experience as sales team leader
Fluent English
Preferably Business Adminstration
