Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with electronic sales systems (POS)
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage
