About the Role:
As the Sales Team Lead at World Gate, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion into new markets while training and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Youll serve as both a leader and a trusted advisor, ensuring your team delivers world-class guidance to high-net-worth clients exploring citizenship and residency programs. Your ability to build and foster relationships, coach your team, and meet revenue targets will be key to our continued success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients and partners, raising awareness of World Gates services.
- Provide expert guidance on global citizenship and residency programs, both directly and through your team, helping clients achieve their international mobility goals.
- Ensure theteam builds and nurtures strong relationships with clients, resulting in successful program completions and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and top-tier client experiences.
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, ideally within the citizenship or residency industry or a similar high-net-worth client-focused sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of global citizenship and residency programs, with the ability to advise clients and support your team confidently.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about leading a team to help clients succeed.
