Sales Team Lead (SaaS) at ilpApps
As a Sales Team Lead at ilpApps, you play an essential role in assisting the team members in prospecting and generating leads. You will be the primary support in motivating your and your team's leads, addressing their concerns, and advancing them through the sales pipeline. Role: Sales Team Lead
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. Sales team leader will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy, in addition to having strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage sales funnel from lead generation to PO execution.
- Work with SDR to build pipeline, while also generating your own pipeline.
- Establish, develop and grow your pipeline online (inside sales).
- Support the learning and development of the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads.
- Track and report all sales activities.
- Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.
- Commitment to provide consistent reports to management in regards to teams performance and target achievability.
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling enterprise client accounts.
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets.
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
- Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels.
Requirements:
- Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base.
- 5+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business.
- 3+ years of sales team management experience.
- Have experience managing team daily KPI metrics including cold calls and sending personalized emails.
- Mega Account management and handling experience.
- Familiar with CRM reporting system and day-to-day usage.
- Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies.
- Worked on Target based and OKR objectives.
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
- Strong time management skills, being able to deliver results on forecasted timeline.
- The Ability to Create new ( Outbound ) business opportunities.
- Proven track record of growing business from an established client base.
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.
- Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines.
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Bonus Areas of Expertise:
- Have experience building sales sequences in Sales Engagement tools/ Sales sequencing tools ( like Outreach.io, salesloft, outplay,....).
- Have experience working with tools used for list building and contact validation, including using attribute filters (e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- History of quota attainment / relevant sales experience
- Knowledge or experience in Software, CRM Systems, B2B Sales.
