Here's what you'll do:

Plan, implement, manage and oversee sales strategy. Build and coach a high performing team. Onboard and manage developer relationships. Provide Market intelligence to the senior leadership team. Drive revenue generation for the specific region/project.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter the most for this role:

6+ years of experience in real estate sales, with minimum 3 years of Team handling experience (specifically in Dubai market).

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English & Hindi.
