About the Role:
As a Sales Team Leader your role is one of the most crucial roles in the whole hierarchy, connecting the upper management & company vision and your team members together, providing Full support to contribute to the success of your team members and the whole organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in generating new clients daily.
- Ensure timely addition of generated clients to the company CRM.
- Conduct regular presentations and tests to enhance team knowledge.
- Support team members throughout the sales process.
- Provide sales training to improve team members skills.
- Foster a healthy team environment for maximum productivity.
- Teach effective client needs identification to offer optimal solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Analyse team strengths and weaknesses for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Assist in sourcing data and expanding available resources.
- Participate in the hiring process to find suitable team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years within the real estate field
- Minimum 1 year in the same position.
- Very good command in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- computer literacy in Microsoft Windows environment.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
