Job Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Team Leader your role is one of the most crucial roles in the whole hierarchy, connecting the upper management & company vision and your team members together, providing Full support to contribute to the success of your team members and the whole organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist team members in generating new clients daily.
  • Ensure timely addition of generated clients to the company CRM.
  • Conduct regular presentations and tests to enhance team knowledge.
  • Support team members throughout the sales process.
  • Provide sales training to improve team members skills.
  • Foster a healthy team environment for maximum productivity.
  • Teach effective client needs identification to offer optimal solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Analyse team strengths and weaknesses for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Assist in sourcing data and expanding available resources.
  • Participate in the hiring process to find suitable team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years within the real estate field
  • Minimum 1 year in the same position.
  • Very good command in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • computer literacy in Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
