Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Team Leader at Buildivia real estate . The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, set sales targets and goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor team performance. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales team leader or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on relationship building
• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
