Networking with potential customers and partners, and promoting the company's products and services.
Working with other departments, such as the medical team and the patient care team, to ensure a seamless patient experience: This involves coordinating schedules, communicating with patients, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement: This information can be used to develop new sales strategies and improve the team's performance.
Preparing reports and presentations for management: This includes keeping management informed of the team's progress and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical tourism industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
Experience in working with international patients.
