United Arab Emirates Minimum 3 years in direct sales within the UAE, with leadership experience preferred.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Direct Sales Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to mentor and inspire a sales team.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of direct sales representatives to achieve sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure success.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices and ensure alignment with company goals.- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations in all sales activities.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in direct sales within the UAE, with leadership experience preferred.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
