It works in the field of real estate brokerage for major developing companies in all new cities across Egypt

Such as the areas of the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, Zayed and October, New Cairo, including the assembly area and Mostakbal City, and finally to the New Administrative Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader at Amlak RealEstate in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
