Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader and Supervisor in the Real Estate sector, you will be at the forefront of driving sales initiatives and leading a dynamic team to achieve ambitious targets. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to your team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist team members in closing deals and managing client relationships effectively
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company objectives, sales targets, and performance updates
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the sales process

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in training and developing sales professionals will be a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively
  • English level very good to excellent
  • Car is preferable
  • Experience in Real Estate field developer or brokerage
  • Males & Females are welcome to apply
  • Have good communication & negotiation skills
