As a Sales Team Leader and Supervisor in the Real Estate sector, you will be at the forefront of driving sales initiatives and leading a dynamic team to achieve ambitious targets. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to your team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and successful sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Assist team members in closing deals and managing client relationships effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company objectives, sales targets, and performance updates
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in training and developing sales professionals will be a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively
- English level very good to excellent
- Car is preferable
- Experience in Real Estate field developer or brokerage
