Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Sales Tele caller for a client based in the U.A.E chemical industry. The primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and build lasting relationships with clients through outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and should have extensive sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the chemical or industrial sector, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the chemical industry.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable chemical products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on the UAE chemical or industrial market.
  • Must have fluency in speaking Arabic language.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of chemical products and market trends is a plus.
