We are seeking a
Sales Training and Quality Control Specialist to evaluate the quality of calls and chats handled by our sales and support staff, conduct training sessions to enhance their sales skills, and maintain our knowledge base on Notion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training and quality control, with the ability to deliver comprehensive and engaging training tailored to our specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the quality of calls and chats conducted by our sales and support teams
- Conduct intensive sales training sessions (during the morning hours of the EST time zone)
- Develop and provide visual materials to support training sessions
- Engage in one-on-one interactions with our agents to address individual training needs
- Simulate sales scenarios and review tactics appropriate for our products and customers
- Incorporate information about our services and recent case studies into the training
- Regularly maintain and update our knowledge base on Notion
- Prepare sales scripts, conduct knowledge quizzes, and provide training on updates
- Implement quality control measures and regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluent English-speaking skills (at least С1)
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, and quality control
- Ability to create and use visual training materials
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with case simulation and review techniques
- Ability to tailor training to specific products and customer profiles
- Proficiency in using Notion or similar knowledge management tools
