IXIR PLUS is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales VP to lead our sales team and drive the company's revenue growth. As the Sales VP, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving sales performance across all channels. This is a senior leadership role that requires a proven track record of success in sales management and a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market reach
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client onboarding
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the executive team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the digital marketing industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
