Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation Tester with 5-10 years of experience to ensure the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, including experience with Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and various Salesforce clouds. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to validate and verify Salesforce implementations and customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or other relevant testing frameworks.
- Salesforce Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and managed packages to create comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
- Cloud Experience: Validate and test features and functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Configuration and Customization: Verify the implementation of Salesforce customizations and configurations, including validation and formula fields, approval processes, page layouts, and record types.
- Automation Process: Test Salesforce automation processes such as Flow, Apex triggers, and asynchronous Apex methods (Future, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled Apex).
- Integration Testing: Perform testing for integrations involving REST and SOAP APIs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Collaboration: Work with techno-functional teams to gather business requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with testing objectives.
- Performance and Security: Ensure the performance, security, and optimization of Salesforce solutions by validating bulkification and optimized code.
- Tools and Deployment: Familiarize yourself with deployment processes and tools to manage and execute test scripts effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce testing with a strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and Salesforce clouds.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing automation tools, Salesforce Object model, validation and formula fields, approval processes, page layouts, record types, and dynamic forms.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- AWS Environment: Experience working within the AWS environment is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with techno-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality.
