JD:
- Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Design and execute marketing automation workflows and campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other Marketing Cloud tools.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to track the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data management tasks including data imports, exports, segmentation, and list management.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Train and mentor junior developers and team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and industry trends to continually improve solutions and strategies.
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for email and landing page development.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and strategies.
Please note real estate domain experience is a must.
