Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Techno functional Consultant at KGiSL. The role involves tasks such as analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients in the BFSI sector.
Qualification:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, preferably in the real estate sector
Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise in Salesforce and a solid understanding of real estate industry processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and create process flow diagrams.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance business processes.
- Configure Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Data Management and Migration:
- Assist in data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and implement data management strategies, including data modeling, data cleansing, and data validation.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users and support them in their daily use of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and system usage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a focus on implementations in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with data migration and integration projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
Functional Skills:
- Understanding of real estate business processes and industry-specific challenges.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working with real estate management software and systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
