Job Description
The Salesperson is responsible for generating sales by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. This role requires regular communication with salon owners, participation in company events, and consistent reporting to the sales manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Regularly communicate with and visit salon owners to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- **Event Participation:** Participate in company events such as exhibitions and bazaars to promote products and services.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily reports to the direct manager detailing sales activities and outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Recent graduate or up to 1 year of sales experience.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
