We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team at Bashiti Central, the leading distributor of Major Brands in the region. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth across a wide range of hardware products, with a specific focus on tools, paint, adhesives, and chemical products.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in retail sales, preferably within the hardware industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.

Strong understanding of Major Brands and the ability to effectively promote their products.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and concise English.

Proficiency in computer skills including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic CRM tools.

In-depth knowledge of tools, paint, adhesives, and chemical products. The ability to answer customer questions, recommend solutions, and identify upselling opportunities is essential.
