Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow SAM/ITAM Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and design and configure ServiceNow solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will also provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow consultant or administrator, with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITAM and SAM solutions
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITSM modules
• Ability to lead workshops, conduct user training, and provide end-user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• ServiceNow certifications in ITAM, SAM, or related areas are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
