The Business Solution Consultant is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He handles on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements;
- business consultancy based on best practices to customers;
- actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects;
- the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;
- the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines;
- business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization;
- implementation activities of data migration and training;
- closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly;
- project updates to the team and management;
- project deliverables with the customers on regular basis;
- recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application;
- to on-site user training;
- any other job-related duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems;
